• Manage ware housing stock norms at company and distribution levels.
• Designed and Creates New Areas, Territories, sections and distributors.
• Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, financial muscles, researching and analyzing sales options.
• Inductions of Distributors & Sales team.
• Monitoring Distributors Primary Plans, Recoveries and Other Different Issues.
• Manage, Plan and Monitor secondary sales through distributors and sales team.
