Job Purpose:
To achieve area sales targets through effective planning, strategy execution, and optimal utilization of company resources while adhering to organizational policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess the sales potential of assigned territories and develop actionable plans to achieve targets.
Monitor and ensure field force productivity based on QTQ parameters, maintaining accurate records and communication.
Organize and conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales meetings to review performance and strategize future actions.
Plan and execute marketing events, symposia, and speaker development programs to boost brand presence.
