Area Sales Manager

PURPOSE OF ROLE

• To achieve the organizational objectives to grow and market share in sales in the assigned territory. Ensure overall territory business is achieved.
• Manage and perform the requirements of the sales force according to the policies established by the company
• Ensuring compliance with the annual sales program, developing plans of action for the main distributors (sell in), according to company's policies and practices, in order to maximize profit margins and achieve client loyalty.

• Develop plans of action for main distributors, according to the client's needs and available resources, so as to increase sell-in sales and earn their loyalty.
• Develop plans of action for stimulating based on sales programs established with distributors (sell-out agricultor's purchases).
