Area Sales Manager

MacDonald Search Group has been asked by our premium spirit client to recruit an Area Sales Manager to drive growth across the Western GTA. As a field based role, your ideal home base is Etobicoke > Burlington.

This role is focused on managing both retail and on-premise accounts, executing brand strategies, and building market share through strong in-market presence and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Manage a territory of retail and on-premise accounts to drive distribution, volume, display, and menu placements
• Execute staff training, tastings, and consumer education initiatives to build brand awareness and engagement
• Present business cases and negotiate with customers to achieve ROI and performance targets
