Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for assigned products and territory.
Identify and develop new business opportunities with industrial, commercial, and retail clients.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
Develop and implement area-specific sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
Client & Distributor Management
Manage existing distributors, dealers, and key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery schedules with customers and distributors.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain strong business relationships.
