Job Description
The Area Sales Manager (ASM) is responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing sales operations within an assigned territory to achieve company sales targets and objectives. The role includes managing the sales team, developing market strategies, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring effective implementation of sales programs and policies.
Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum of 1-2 years of FMCG sales experience.
A minimum of 1-2 years of team management experience is required.
A graduate of BS Business Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or similar courses.
Agricultural industry experience is preferred but not required.
This role requires frequent regional travel throughout the South East Mindanao territory.
