Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced and driven Area Sales Manager to join their team in Western Australia. This is a permanent, full-time, field-based role with flexibility to work from your home office. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in PPE, workwear, or safety wear sales who enjoys building relationships and growing business within a distributor network.

  • Building and maintaining strong business relationships with new and existing accounts
  • Conducting face-to-face sales meetings with distributors, resellers and agents
  • Identifying high-growth customers and creating development roadmaps
  • Seeking new business opportunities and completing sales planning schedules
  • Using consultative selling techniques to identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Preparing clear proposals and quotations for prospective and current clients
  • Promoting and selling new products by bringing samples to each meeting
