Job Description
1. Strategic Planning & Growth
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base and ensure a strong market presence.
- Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities.
- Set individual sales targets for the team and track performance against KPIs.
2. Team Leadership & Coaching
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of Sales Executives.
- Conduct regular field visits to provide on-the-ground coaching and feedback.
- Motivate the team to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
3. Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retailers.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing (within company guidelines) to close major deals.
- Resolve customer complaints or service issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
