Area Sales Manager (R-Test, Glucometer, POCT)

Job Purpose:

• To achieve assigned area sales targets through effective planning, strategy execution, and optimal use of company resources while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate territory potential and develop plans to achieve sales targets.
• Monitor field force productivity (QTQ parameters) and maintain accurate reporting.
• Conduct weekly/monthly sales meetings to review performance and plan ahead.
• Plan and execute marketing activities, symposia, and promotional events.
• Ensure product availability through close coordination with distributors.
• Conduct joint field visits for performance evaluation, coaching, and development.
