• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
• With proven experience as a Sales Agent or Area Sales Representative
• Background in hardware, construction, and power tools industries is required
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships and expand customer base
• Skilled in sales planning, account management, and territory development
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Able to work independently and manage field sales activities efficiently
• Knowledgeable about Quezon and Laguna markets
• Possess a valid driver's license and able to drive company vehicles
• Responsible, reliable, and highly motivated
