Job Description

• Train, coach, and supervise sales associates to improve performance and customer service. Delegate daily tasks and ensure adequate department coverage.
• Achieve, and ideally exceed, sales targets and KPIs. Develop sales strategies, manage customer relationships, and handle negotiations.
• Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and area recovery. Implement merchandising plans to boost product visibility.
• Actively engage with customers, resolve issues, and ensure a high-quality service experience.
• Conduct safety checks, monitor the use of power equipment, and maintain a secure working environment.
• Analyze market trends and provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
