PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
· Upskilling HRIs through regular in-field coaching sessions
Conducts monthly performance review with the direct reports
SALES & AR Management
· Setting HRI sales Targets
· Meeting monthly and annual planned sales and AR efficiency goals
· Tracking sales and AR efficiency goals and reporting results
· Overseeing activities of sales team
· Assist HRI Specialist on initial negotiation to top HRI accounts
· Ensure monthly visit to Top Accounts.
· Recommend sales & promotional activities to drive further growth of each brand.
· Developing sales team through motivation, counselling and product knowledge education
Understanding our customers and provide solution through our products
