Area Sales Supervisor

Job Description

We’re looking for a Sales Supervisor to lead day-to-day sales operations, support the team, and help drive revenue growth in our Panabo-based market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets
• Monitor customer accounts, order fulfillment, and payment collections
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth transactions
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors
• Analyze sales performance and prepare regular reports for management
• Assist in implementing sales strategies and promotional activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in sales operations or supervisory role, preferably in the coconut, food, or FMCG industry
