Job Description
JOB SUMMARY: The role will lead a team of sales associates to meet company sales objectives. Key responsibilities include ensuring high-quality customer responses, developing sales strategies and forecasts, preparing sales reports and administrative documents, and conducting refresher training for associates. The position also requires modifying and communicating standard operating procedures (SOPs), creating staff schedules, managing performance issues, resolving conflicts, and providing support to other departments as needed.
