Area Sales Supervisor

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as an Area Sales Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, with experience in house-to-house selling, particularly in the telecommunications sector. You will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales representatives to promote and sell Converge Fiber Optic services to residential customers.

Product: Converge Fiber Optic (SURF2SAWA)

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and motivate sales teams to consistently hit and exceed targets.
• Develop strategies to maximize sales opportunities in assigned areas.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any course.
• Proven field sales experience.
• Strong background in the telecommunications industry.
