My Uniware Collections Inc. is seeking an Area Sales Supervisor to oversee and drive sales operations in Metro Manila. In this role, you will lead a team of sales representatives, implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, and strengthen client relationships.

• Supervise and mentor a team of sales representatives within the designated area.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet regional sales targets.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching to enhance productivity.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Prepare and deliver regular sales performance reports to management.
