Area Sales Supervisor

Job Purpose

The Area Sales Supervisor plays a critical role in managing TECNO's regional client relationships and driving business growth through both new and existing partnerships. This role is responsible for meeting sales targets, executing regional sales strategies, and ensuring effective coordination with retail and distribution partners. The ASS will also oversee the sell-in and sell-out processes, validate trade claims, and support the achievement of topline objectives.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and manage retail customer relationships within the assigned region.
• Responsible for regional monthly Sell-Through (ST) and Sell-Out (SO) targets and agreements.
• Oversee performance of channel partners and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales goals.
