About this role
We are looking for an Area Service Manager / Cooling to be assigned to our İzmir Region Office.
Role Responsibilities:
Taking responsibility for authorized service providers and acquiring new ones
Providing professional and effective solutions to customer requests on technical issues
Actively participating in technical trainings
Ensuring coordination with technical service staff and authorized service companies
Making process improvement suggestions within the organization
Delivering a professional and customer-oriented service to ensure high customer satisfaction and a positive corporate image
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 3 Years of experience in HVAC
Strong organizational skills
Experienced in Air Conditioning Systems and Technical Service operations
