Area Store Supervisor

WHY WE NEED YOU:

Generika Drugstore is actively looking for a Area Store Supervisor, you develop the performance of the store in all key areas including commercial success, achievement of target sales, efficient store operations, staffing, promotional programs, customer service and inventory management. You also serve as financial analyst of the company owned stores which responsibilities will focus on the financial planning, analysis and projection for company owned stores.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

· Complies with all laws, rules, regulations and policies

· Acts as the point of contact and executor for HR related functions associated to supervision of sales personnel, including monitoring of offenses, timekeeping and preparation of evaluations.

· Completes assignments as directed by the upper management

· Maintains open communication with District Manager and other concerned departments like Warehouse, promotions, Accounting HR etc.
