Job Description

  1. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail management
  2. With experience in managing multiple store locations
  3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and manage a diverse team.
  4. Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and addressing their needs or concerns.
  5. Developing and implementing business strategies to drive sales growth and profitability.
  6. Overseeing the day-to-day business operations across all assigned locations and make sure all company policies and procedures are followed.
  7. Ability to travel between locations and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
