Role: Oversees daily logistics operations, ensures smooth warehouse, dispatch, and delivery activities, and leads the logistics team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse staff, drivers, and daily logistics workflow
• Monitor inventory, stock movement, and documentation
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations
• Handle delivery issues, delays, or client concerns
• Enforce safety policies and compliance
• Track KPIs and submit operational reports
