Area Supervisor

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail management.
• Experience in managing multiple store locations or overseeing a team across several outlets is a plus.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and manage a diverse team.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and addressing their needs or concerns.
• Ability to travel between locations and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
