FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensures that all staff adhere to policies and procedures.
• Resolving customer complaints
• Monitor and evaluate staff performance
• Ensuring that operations run smoothly in their assigned area.
• Coordinate with the Management.

Qualifications:

• Preferably fresh graduate
• Demonstrate leadership skills (have experience in leading a team)
• Joined organization in the academe and excel as leader
• Has strong interpersonal skills
