Area Supervisor

The Area Supervisor is responsible for overseeing multiple bakeshop branches, ensuring daily operations run as smooth as freshly kneaded dough. This role ensures consistent product quality, excellent customer service, sales growth, and team performance across all assigned stores.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
• With 2–4 years supervisory or multi-branch management experience (food or retail industry preferred)
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Knowledgeable in sales analysis and inventory management
• Willing to travel between branches
