Job Description:

• Responsible for client servicing, acquisition and management
• Build sales by prospecting for new clients and generate future income by nurturing existing customer relationship.
• Monitoring of standard uniform of promoters all the time.
• Implement the one look policy, any other Ad-hoc task given by the Director of Sales.
• Daily checking of the tardiness of all promoters in the assigned area.
• Suggest and create a program to ensure that your team can hit the target.
• Manage and evaluate promoters, performance, organize and distribute promoters schedule.
• Help brand promoters achieve sales target.
• Identify current and future market trends.
• Store visit.
• Ad Hoc task.

Qualification:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• FRESH GRADUATE are welcome to apply.
