• Design and deliver training programs for the salesforce, from Great Life Leaders to Great Life Builders, to strengthen sales competencies and performance.
• Assess training needs and identify capability gaps across different salesforce levels and branch roles.
• Build and enhance the capabilities of branch field partners, including Dreams Fulfilment Officers, Managers, and Branch Operations Partners.
