Job Description
This role is responsible for designing and evolving user experiences across a web-based product, used by multiple internal and external user profiles.
The ideal candidate has strong experience with complex web-based systems, a deep understanding of user behavior, and a structured approach to UX/UI design. This person will own the full UX lifecycle, from user profiling and experience definition to mockups, frameworks, and documentation, ensuring clarity, usability, and scalability as the product evolves.
What You'll Do
Own the end-to-end UX/UI design for a web-based product, ensuring a clear, intuitive, and consistent user experience.
Define user profiles, personas, and journeys for different audiences interacting with the portal.
Design information architecture, navigation structures, and interaction patterns for complex workflows.
