Art & CEP Department Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Art & CEP Department Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the planning, implementation, and documentation of art-based and community engagement programs. The role ensures effective coordination between artists, facilitators, program teams, schools/communities, and management to achieve program objectives in line with the NGO's mission and donor requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day operations of the Art & Continuing Enrichment Program (CEP) department.
• Support planning and execution of art workshops, community activities, exhibitions, school-based programs, and outreach events.
• Act as a liaison between artists, facilitators, field teams, schools, community members, and management.
