Job Summary
UCSI Schools is seeking a creative, passionate, and dedicated Art & Design Teacher to deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that nurture students' artistic expression, technical skills, and creative thinking. The successful candidate will inspire students to explore visual arts, design concepts, and creative processes while supporting their academic and personal growth within an internationally-minded school community.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging Art & Design lessons (Lower and/or Upper Secondary) aligned with the school's curriculum framework (e.g., Cambridge IGCSE, national curriculum, or equivalent).
Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans, projects, and assessments that build students' skills in drawing, painting, sculpture, digital art, design thinking, and visual communication.
Foster a student-centered, inquiry-based studio environment that encourages creativity, experimentation, and critical reflection.
