PURPOSE
NNB is a boutique creative production studio built on high craft, high thinking, and no-nonsense collaboration. We're not an ad agency, but we do expect agency-level conceptual thinking and campaign intelligence.
This role exists to bring big-picture conceptual ideas together with production-led execution – turning insights into visual stories that actually land, across video, animation, branded content, and motion-first campaigns.
The Mid–Senior Conceptual Art Director is the creative glue between idea and execution.
You'll take briefs from rough thought to tight concept, then guide the work through production: decks, shoots, edits, animation, and final polish. You're both a thinker and a do-er — someone who can zoom out for helicopter view, then dive into the detail to make sure the work looks and feels right.
