Job Requirements

• Devise and present ingenious ideas that transform into money; help the organization come up with work that are award-winning, memorable, inspiring and that truly help the clients achieve its interests
• Represent the company in the utmost kick‑ass manner
• Participate intensely in all internal and external CSR initiatives of the company
• Be relevant in meetings by being an expert in marketing communications, particularly in the visualization of a concept and the writing and crafting of words in an advertisement
• Become an exemplar of human virtues and an engine of inspiration, positivity and creativity in the company
• Win awards; win clients
• Perform such other duties that are customary to the “Art Director” in an ad agency and carry out assignments that business exigencies may require.
