We are looking creative and detail-oriented
Art Director
to lead the visual direction of our projects. The ideal candidate will define, maintain, and elevate the artistic vision across games, marketing assets, and digital products while collaborating closely with design, development, and production teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the overall artistic vision and visual style of projects
• Lead, mentor, and review work of 2D/3D artists, UI/UX designers, and animators
• Ensure visual consistency across gameplay, UI, marketing creatives, and branding
• Create and maintain art guidelines, style guides, and visual pipelines
• Collaborate with Game Designers, Producers, and Developers to align art with gameplay and business goals
• Review assets for quality, performance, and adherence to style standards
