About the Role
We are looking for an Art Manager / HR Specialist with hands-on HR experience and a background in art, animation, or creative industries. This role is ideal for someone who understands both people management and creative workflows, and can effectively support artists while keeping projects organized.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate artists (illustrators, storyboard artists, animators)
• Track project progress, deadlines, and deliverables
• Review portfolios, assist with hiring, onboarding, and candidate communication
• Act as a bridge between leadership and the art team
• Help organize internal documents, schedules, and feedback
• Support basic HR needs (contracts, availability tracking, communication)
