Key/Essential Functions & Responsibilities
+ Promotes and maintains the excellence of assigned YAI/CST and/or PHC Article 16 programs or functions by assisting with oversight and ensuring compliance of systems specific to scheduling.
+ Ensures a work environment that is free from harassment and discrimination.
+ Reviews referrals for insurance and program eligibility and/or manages referrals in registration through prioritizing, tracking and delegating based on need.
+ Tracks and monitors related PHC referrals from NextGen to and/or in IDX and manages tracking of referrals for scheduling or triaging, as required.
+ Provides Article 16 staff coverage, performing scheduling-related duties, as needed.
+ Works with supervisor to coordinate with appropriate clinical groups to manage related services/...
