Artificial Intelligence Engineer

AI Engineer – Finland (Hybrid)
We are looking for an AI Engineer to join a small, experienced team building secure, high‑performance AI infrastructure for organisations that work with sensitive and regulated data.
You'll be part of a group focused on creating real, production‑ready systems for deploying and running large language models in customer environments, whether on‑premise, in private cloud, or in fully isolated setups.
About the role
You'll work closely with the Head of AI on the core components of our platform. This includes improving our RAG pipeline, developing our agent framework, building model‑serving capabilities, and creating the internal tools that support our engineering and data teams. This is a hands‑on role with a lot of ownership and very little bureaucracy. Engineers talk directly with customers, ship to production regularly, and shape the direction of the product.
