Job description:
This role is designed to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of instrumentation and control systems within the nitrates plant. The role involves installation, maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of electrical and electronic instruments used in process control to support production targets and operational excellence.
Roles and Responsibilities
Install, maintain, calibrate, and repair instrumentation and control systems in accordance with operational standards.
Troubleshoot faults in instruments, sensors, controllers, transmitters, and related control systems.
Ensure all instrumentation work complies with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections to minimize downtime and ensure reliability of instrumentation systems.
Collaborate with process engineers, electricians, and other artisans to ensure smooth operation of plant systems.
