Artist Coordinator

I. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Serves as the POC for the artists and is responsible for responding to their queries, assessing and assisting with their needs and ensuring objective communication between Company/artist.
• Meets and greets in-house and external artists upon arrival as well as processing ID applications and visitor's pass.
• Assists the OMEG artists during the entire process of expatriation by ensuring airport pickups, processing move-in forms and being the Company's representative upon artists arrival in the country.
• POC for the OMEG artists accommodation by liaising with brokers, artists and PMO and providing quick solutions.
• Ensures that the Company is complying with the artists' contractual obligations and facilitate it such as hospitality riders, accommodation settlement, transactions with brokers, transportation, catering, etc. by coordinating with the Entertainment officer
