Working in a busy artwork studio environment, the primary focus of the role within our client’s business will be the management and facilitation of projects within the studio using an online approval system. You will often be the first point of contact, requiring frequent communication with internal clients, external suppliers, and studio team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely project delivery. Excellent communication skills are essential. You will work closely with another coordinator who will act as your mentor until you can work independently.

Responsibilities Communicate effectively with all clients, internal and external. Scan and upload relevant documentation into the online approval system. Send approved artwork files to printer.
