AS400 Business Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities
• Engage with business stakeholders, operations teams, and end users to gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements for AS400 banking applications
• Translate business requirements related to remittance and payment processing into detailed functional specifications and application workflows
• Perform impact analysis for business change requests on existing AS400 applications
• Act as the primary liaison between business users and technical development teams, ensuring clear understanding of requirements and priorities
• Support solution design by validating feasibility and alignment with AS400 architecture (RPG, RPGLE, COBOL400, DB2)
• Participate in functional reviews, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations
