KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Able to support core Policy Admin System by coordinating with various stakeholders (Users, Vendors etc.,)
2. Analyzing the issues raised by business users.
3. Trouble shooting and resolving of batch jobs
4. Sound knowledge on SDLC and Change Management system
5. Strong understanding of Design and architecture of Admin system

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

1. At least 5 or 7 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

SKILL FACTORS

1. Knowledge in AS400 and operational activities
2. General Insurance exposure is mandatory
3. Knowledge in programming Languages – COBOL/400, COBOL, Application Framework – SMART/400, Groupasia400, Polisy400 and Platform – AS/400 An added advantage.
