Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end sales order processing, including coordination with sales and logistics teams for accurate and timely creation of sales orders, delivery challans, and invoices in ERP.
• Review and ensure accuracy of sales invoices, including verification of product pricing, SKUs, sales tax rates, and customer reconciliations.
• Monitor and follow up on customer collections, manage overdue receivables, and share customer aging reports with customers and sales teams weekly.
• Manage customer credit limits, authorize order offloading based on payments, and ensure accurate posting of customer collections, credit notes, and withholding income tax.
