• Friday: 8.30 am – 5.30pm

Customer Service Executive (Frontline)

• Provide in-person support to customers, addressing their queries, issues, and transactions.
• Responsible for delivering accurate information, resolving concerns efficiently, and ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
• Willingness to take on various tasks and adjust to changing work demands.

Requirements

• Good communication skills
• Active listening
• Ability to provide positive customer experience while maintaining professionalism, even in difficult or high-pressure situations
• Training will be provided*

*2 days of pre-training held at Novena Square Office Tower from 19 to 20 Feb 2026, 8.30am to 6pm.
