As an ASB Resolution Specialist (ART), you will take full ownership of a complex caseload of high‑level anti-social behaviour (ASB)
cases, delivering outstanding customer service and achieving effective
resolutions.
You will maintain regular
communication with customers, work closely with external partners, and make
appropriate referrals to support case outcomes. You will ensure all ASB
activity complies with current legislation and regulatory requirements,
responding quickly to changes and identifying opportunities to innovate and
improve our service.
