ASC Regional Manager - Rocky Mountain

**_Stryker is looking to cover the ASC Rocky Mountain Region. Ideally candidates will live within the Region._**

Designs, develops, and implements sales programs to meet the organization's business objectives. Plans, directs, and coordinates the efforts of sales toward the accomplishment of objectives .

+ Meet or exceed assigned sales quota.
+ Lead, facilitate and execute cross-divisional ASC deals by “connecting the dots” between targeted ASC customers and Stryker sales force
+ Maximize Stryker revenue and profitability opportunity with ASC customers by facilitating dialogue and collaboration between local Stryker sales personnel from multiple divisions
+ Collaborate with internal and external functional departments including Finance, Marketing, Legal, and Contracting Solutions (Key Account Executives and Strategic Sales Managers) to streamline contract execution and enhance customer experience
