Our Geo MCAPS Asia HR team plays a pivotal role in enabling Asia’s growth vision and as we set our future success, we are seeking an **Asia HR Solutions Lead** to help us design and activate AI powered solutions that helps us build efficiencies, drive high performance and supports in building future ready organization against all the work demand across Areas. Asia HR Solutions Lead will support in designing, deploying, and continuously improving scalable business applications using Microsoft PowerApps and the wider Power Platform. The successful candidate will partner closely with HR, business operations, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into intuitive, data-driven applications—enabling automation, scale, improved decision-making, and operational efficiency.
