Job Description
ASIA Manager – Delivery Excellence is primarily responsible for driving organizational improvement in Project Delivery. This includes demonstrating leadership by example of best practice project delivery, development of improved project delivery systems and setting projects up for success through bids and launch support.
The incumbent is to support project delivery improvement and achieve improved business performance. In addition, the incumbent will support business case development and subsequently lead project teams on approved internal projects to improve project delivery outcomes.
The incumbent will role model SJ values, ethics and code of conduct and ensure all business activities are carried out in accordance with these guiding principles.
