Asian Production Chef

Rates:$73.42 per hour for Double Time, Sunday and Public Holidays

Chandler Macleod is seeking Airline Production Chefs to produce authentic Asian cuisine for in-flight meals. This role ensures that all dishes meet the airline’s standards for quality, taste, hygiene, and presentation. The chef will work closely with the Executive Chef to create destination appropriate dishes for both economy and premium cabin passengers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of Asian dishes (e.g., Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Thai, Indian) in large-scale production settings.
• Ensure all food is prepared according to airline specifications, portion control, and presentation standards.
