We want our workforce to represent the Australian community we protect. To do this, ASIC intends to grow our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander workforce.

* are Australian Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander;
* identify as an Australian Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander; and
* are accepted as an Australian Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander in the community in which they descend from, they live or have lived.
