Job Description
1) Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferably in hardware, building materials, tools, or related industry).
• Experience dealing with hardware stores, wholesalers, distributors, or B2B customers is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of hardware products (tools, materials, fittings, construction items) is preferred.
• Must possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel regularly.
2) Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop accurate sales forecasts based on historical data, market trends and other relevant factors. Analyse sales data and to provide strategic insights and recommendations for management review
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with hardware retailers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with shop owners, purchasers, and store managers.
