+ As an Assistant Regent Club Manager you oversee the daily operation of Regent Club, Dedicated Regent Experience Agents and VIP services, ensuring the Regent standards and service behaviours are delivered conformed to the brand ambitions and promise.
+ To share the Regent’s vision of luxury, ensure product quality standards are met and that Regent Club team delivers the best service to all Regent Club guests according to the resort’s and IHG’s business objectives.
+ You constantly engage with guests and make sure that the service level is exceeding guests expectations. If occurred, handle guests issues with most care and professionalism.
+ You are responsible for delivering outstanding level of personalized service to all Club guests, espeacially VIPs, ensuring the team is engaging and acting with thoughtful kindness at all times.
+ You make sure that guest experience with each outlet in the resort is well pre-arranged by the team, the communication is clearly established....
